I am a Mexican-American from Houston, Texas, where I was born and raised. Both my bachelor's and master's degrees were earned at the University of Houston, in the field of Communications Sciences and Disorders. It is there that I cultivated a deep passion for promoting bilingualism in my community. My professional interests lie in early intervention, particularly in the realms of Autism, Gestalt Language Processors, and AAC (Augmentative and Alternative Communication). I am dedicated to making meaningful contributions in these fields, driven by a desire to enhance communication and support for individuals with diverse linguistic needs.
